Dear Students,
As Secretary this year it will be my job to organise membership for new members of the King’s College Law Society. As well as this I will be answering any queries or questions you may have and keeping you update with the many vocational and social events planned throughout the year.
Once you have settled in to your studies, I will also be responsible for organising the selection process for the First Year Representative who will communicate your views, opinions and needs to the Committee. Non- lawyers are also strongly encouraged to speak to the Representative or directly to us if they have any questions particularly related to legal careers.
Finally towards the end of the year Hustings will take place where the prospective new Committee members will apply for positions. Again I will organise this process and be a point of contact throughout the period.
