As the Secretary of the Law Society it is my responsibility to manage the membership of the Society. This includes signing up new members and the renewal of previous membership. My main priority is to assist members with any problems, issues or queries they may have regarding the society. I will also regularly keep members updated with Law Society events and information. In addition to this I arrange the selection of the first year representative whose task it is to act as a link between the first year students and the Law Society. I also organise Hustings which is the process that results in the selection of the subsequent Law Society committee.
